As a Maine native and avid home baker, I love developing and recreating recipes, especially celebrating some of the flavors that are so distinctive to my state and the New England region.
I’ve gained a lot of baking experience over the years and continue improving daily. Practice makes better, not perfect.
My goal when I make a recipe is to improve my technique, so I make mistakes, laugh them off, and learn from them.

It all started when I was in the 6th grade. I would wake up early each morning to make a batch of muffins before going to school. I’d experiment with different ingredients, always searching for the next best flavor or improved texture. Fast forward to adulthood, I’ve graduated beyond muffins to make various goods.
I bake and/or cook almost daily, frequently hosting friends and family to test new recipes. From-scratch baking is my MO, but I reserve the right to use any ingredient that’ll yield a delicious result.
